Job summary

Adventures With Autism (AWA) in Salem, Oregon, seeks a collaborative BCBA/Clinical Lead to oversee clinical services in our in-center ABA program. This role provides clinical leadership, supports Behavior Technicians, partners with families, and ensures individualized, assent-based, and data-driven care.

The ideal candidate will hold BCBA certification, a Master’s degree, and Oregon licensure, with experience in supervision, treatment planning, and ABA delivery.
