Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensure as Clinical Laboratory Scientist in California is required.
• Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Performs and reports automated and manual laboratory test results.
• Ensures quality control and quality assurance in the lab.
• Maintains safety standards and follows Kaiser Permanente policies.
• Instructs staff and students in laboratory procedures.
• Collaborates with physicians, nurses and pharmacists on test utilization and interpretation.
