Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory, Life Sciences or Medical Technology required.
• Certificate 1 ASCP Registered preferred., or equivalent accreditation.
• 1-3 years related work experience required.
• Experience with computer systems including web based applications and MS Office.

Responsabilidades

• Prepares specimens for examination and performs complex tests per laboratory procedures.
• Runs start-up, quality control, calibration and maintenance on instruments.
• Evaluates test results and enters data into the LIS; reports urgent results to providers.
• Ensures accuracy of results and reviews work for timeliness and standards.
• Participates in continuing education and QA/QI projects.
• Assists with new methods and procedures under leadership guidance.
