Work location: Texas Health Plano, 6200 West Parker Road, Plano TX 75093
Work hours: Full time, 700p-730a, Fri/Sat/Sun, occasional weekends

Here’s What You Need
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Must comply with CLIA regulations regarding foreign education equivalency
- Six months experience as a phlebotomist or completion of a one semester course in phlebotomy
- PBT(ASCP) - Phlebotomy Technician upon hire preferred
What You Will Do
Performs daily review of results from the department
- For those entities performing phlebotomy, employee follows laboratory procedure for specimen collection, patient identification and labeling as appropriate for the age of the patient
- Follows laboratory procedures for handling, and processing in a manner which is appropriate and follows safety guidelines
- Follows laboratory procedures for handling unacceptable specimens
- Follows established laboratory test procedures
- Performs procedures in other areas of the Laboratory as required by hospital entity
