We are currently seeking an experienced dental lab technician, skilled in fabricating dentures from start to finish, to serve as the Lab Manager at one of our state-of-the-art denture labs. Only AD&I Offers:

• Monday through Friday workweek, with no nights or weekends.
• Career growth through on-the-job training.
• Paid vacations and holidays, totaling over one month off annually.
• No travel required; technicians work exclusively at their on-site lab.
• Comprehensive benefits, including healthcare and a 401(k).
• Pay rate: $30 - $36/hour.

Responsibilities

• Expertise in all aspects of denture fabrication, including setting teeth, wax-up, festooning, carving, finishing, repairs, pouring, and trimming denture models.
• Strong work ethic, leadership skills, positive attitude, and excellent communication.
• Understanding of OSHA protocols.
• Willingness to cross-train team members across lab functions.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in fabricating dentures from start to finish.
• Denture and implant experience preferred but not required.
• Same-day denture experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Availability to work full-time, Monday through Friday, during lab hours.
