Job Title : MEDICAL LABORATORY TECHNICIAN

Role Description :

We are seeking a Medical Laboratory Technician. The incumbent will be responsible for the following duties:

1. Perform testing procedures competently
2. Utilize laboratory equipment effectively
3. Conduct and evaluate Quality Control according to lab policies and procedures
4. Assist with laboratory training programs
5. Attend work punctually and be prepared to work scheduled hours

Required Qualifications, Skills, and Certifications :

1. One year of general lab or equivalent clinical laboratory training
2. Associate's Degree
3. Certifications such as NCA, ASCP, HEW, or AMT
4. Preference for candidates with acute care experience, but candidates with outside experience are also considered
