As an Aggregate Lab Technician, you will support quality control processes through aggregate testing in the lab. This includes collecting samples and performing tests such as Sieve Analysis, Micro-Deval Abrasion, Unconfined Freeze Thaw, MgSO4 Soundness, and Loss of Soundness, ensuring all procedures comply with safety and quality standards. You will calibrate testing equipment, document and report results, and communicate findings to the Lab or Site Supervisor. The role requires the ability to work independently, a solid understanding of testing procedures, familiarity with Miller materials, and strong relationship-building skills with internal stakeholders.
