Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in biology, chemistry, molecular biology, immunology, clinical laboratory science, medical technology, or related field is required.
• Associate's degree in a laboratory science or medical laboratory technology is required.

Responsibilities

• Understand and perform to all applicable regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Perform testing as scheduled and interpret results.
• Support sample evaluation and processing; maintain specimen integrity.
• Train staff and participate in validations as appropriate.
• Review daily work for accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
