Qualifications

• Associate's or technical degree in Medical Laboratory Technology required.
• Certification: AMT/ASCP within 1 year preferred/supported.
• 1-3 years of related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain laboratory instrumentation and disciplines.
• Perform basic to complex clinical lab testing per procedures.
• Ensure quality control, calibration, reagent prep, and workflow management.
• Communicate results accurately to departments and providers.
• Adhere to safety, confidentiality, and CMS/Joint Commission standards.
