Job summary

Data Innovations is hiring an Implementation Consultant to help clinical laboratories achieve connectivity goals and optimize workflows using Data Innovations software. You will design, implement, train, and support solutions across the project lifecycle, working largely independently with minimal supervision.

The role demands strong lab IT knowledge, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects and travel up to 30% to customer sites.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent with related laboratory/tech experience.
• Advanced knowledge of laboratory software concepts and workflows.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and communicate complex concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement system and connectivity solutions using Data Innovations software.
• Provide high-level support from pre-implementation to post go-live on complex projects.
• Deliver training and education on products and solutions during implementations.
• Develop expertise in Data Innovations products and laboratory workflows.
• Manage project scope, budget, and timelines with standard methodologies.
