Data Innovations is seeking an Implementation Consultant focused on helping healthcare clients achieve laboratory software connectivity goals and optimize lab workflows. You will deliver advanced technical consulting, guide implementations, and train users throughout the project lifecycle.

The role requires independent work, travel up to 30%, and strong communication skills to translate complex concepts to varied audiences.

Qualifications

• Lab information software management and lab workflows knowledge.
• Understanding TCP/IP, server logs, Windows Server, VMware, and interfacing.
• Familiar with Data Innovations products and lab operations.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement system and connectivity solutions for customers.
• Provide advanced support and guidance through all project phases.
• Deliver training on product solutions during implementations.
• Manage small to medium projects with scope, budget, and changes.
• Travel up to 30% as required.
