Job summary

Clinisys is seeking a Professional Services Consultant to deliver implementations and consulting for laboratory environments, both onsite and remote, guiding clients to adopt best practices and workflows.

You will train users, optimize workflows with AI-enabled tools, and document configurations to ensure compliance throughout client engagements. Travel 25–50% to client sites and maintain strong customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharma or Toxicology related field.
• Minimum 3 years of laboratory management or informatics experience with LIMS.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to translate technical requirements into clear docs.
• Experience with SQL and programming languages (C++, Java, PL/SQL).
• Familiarity with API/Interfaces (HL7) and SQL databases.

Responsibilities

• Conduct implementations with knowledge of department procedures and guidelines.
• Guide clients to adopt Clinisys best practices for maximum efficiency.
• Provide product training as part of implementation.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools to optimize workflows and data analysis.
• Travel to client sites to install Clinisys software and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Document configurations and changes for compliance.
