Job summary
Data Innovations is seeking an Implementation Consultant to help clients achieve laboratory software connectivity goals and optimize workflows. You will provide advanced technical and software solution consulting throughout the project lifecycle, and you will work mostly independently with minimal supervision.

Qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent in medical technology or sciences with related experience.
- Alternatively, an associate degree in business management, CS or related field with experience.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement laboratory connectivity solutions using Data Innovations software.
- Provide advanced level technical support from pre- to post-go-live on complex projects.
- Deliver training and education on products and solutions during implementations.
- Develop expert knowledge of Data Innovations products and laboratory workflows.
- Manage small to medium projects with scope, budget, and change control.
- Communicate project status and collaborate with team members and customers.
