Job summary

Clinisys is seeking a Professional Services Consultant to deliver on-site and remote implementations, guiding clients through workflow planning and best practices to ensure on-time delivery and satisfaction. You will mentor teams, train users, and document configurations while collaborating with cross-functional teams across healthcare and life sciences.

You will travel 25-50% to client sites in the US, work independently, manage multiple projects, and use Clinisys AI-enabled tools to optimize

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in Life Sciences/Pharma or Toxicology or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 3 years in laboratory management or laboratory informatics with strong LIMS knowledge.
• Experience translating technical requirements into clear documentation and strong SQL/ programming skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct implementations with thorough knowledge of procedures and guidelines.
• Guide clients to maximize efficiency using Clinisys best practices.
• Provide product training as part of implementations.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools to optimize workflows and data analysis.
• Travel to client sites to install Clinisys software per procedures.
• Document configurations and changes for compliance.
