Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One year phlebotomy or clinical laboratory experience. Previous Mercy LST II designation or equivalent experience.

• Assist technologists in laboratory tests and procedures as required.
• Provide patient-focused customer service in line with Mercy Signature Service Standards and HIPAA guidelines.
