Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One year phlebotomy or clinical laboratory experience.
• Previous Mercy LST II designation or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Specimen collection and handling for laboratory testing.
• Processing, transport and referral of specimens and reports.
• Assist technologists with test methods and ensure HIPAA confidentiality and lab policy compliance.
