Responsibilities

• Hire, supervise, train and assess laboratory staff performance.
• Ensure reagent preparation, pre-qualification, and quality assurance are thorough.
• Conduct competency observations and maintain meticulous documentation.
• Perform preventive maintenance, quality assurance, calibrations, and troubleshoot high‑complexity equipment.
• Ensure adequate supplies and reagents are maintained.
• Participate in process improvement discussions and budgeting.
