Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a laboratory science with CLIA experience
• Master's degree preferred
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a clinical laboratory; supervising experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Supervise department functions and train staff
• Ensure new and existing procedures are approved, performed correctly, and reported
• Maintain efficient record systems; manage payroll, scheduling, budget and inventory
• Hold staff accountable for delivering reliable patient results; qualify under CLIA as technical supervisor

Education

Bachelor's Degree in MT/Biol/Chem
