• CLIA High Complexity Testing competency required.
• State licensure or certificate, where applicable.
• CLS Levels III and IV: 1 year clinical laboratory experience.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine high complexity testing and maintains quality control.
• Maintains accurate records and ensures donor, patient, and employee confidentiality.
• Communicates with customers, vendors, and couriers to ensure quality service.
• Assists with instrument maintenance, troubleshooting, and calibration.
• Trains newer staff and provides guidance as directed.
