Job summary

Creative Testing Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Lab Specialist (CLS) to perform routine high complexity testing of biological specimens under direct supervision.

The CLS will work in a team to ensure timely and quality results and maintain required competencies for applicable testing. This position offers shift differentials for 2nd (12%), 3rd (20%), plus an 8% weekend differential, along with benefits including 401(k) matching, holidays, paid time off, and bereavement pay.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher degree in Biology or Chemistry required, or science-related degree meeting CFR 493.1489.

Job description

Clinical Lab Specialist (Not equivalent to Medical Technologist)

Under direct supervision, a Clinical Laboratory Specialist (CLS) is responsible for performing routine high complexity testing of biological specimens. CLSs work in a team environment to ensure timely and quality test results. Clinical Laboratory Specialists must maintain required competencies for applicable testing.

Shift Differentials for 2nd (12%), 3rd (20%) and an additional 8% for qualifying weekend hours worked

• 401 K matching contribution each payroll period equal to 100% of the first 5% (immediately vested)
• Two floating holidays and seven paid holidays per year
• Paid Time Off for full-time and part-time employees based on the length of service & paid hours
• Bereavement pays – up to 24 Hours for immediate family members

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Education: Bachelor's or higher degree in Biology or Chemistry required, or science related degree where education and training meet CFR 493.1489.
