Job summary

Creative Testing Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Laboratory Specialist (CLS) to perform routine high-complexity testing under direct supervision.

You will work in a team to ensure timely, quality results while maintaining required competencies in CFR 493.1489 and CLIA guidelines. The role includes duties across specimen processing, equipment maintenance, record-keeping, confidentiality, and collaboration with vendors and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Biology or Chemistry or science-related field meeting CFR 493.1489.
• CLIA requirements for High Complexity Testing.
• State licensure/certification where applicable.
• CLS Levels III/IV require 1+ year of clinical lab experience; advanced knowledge and mentoring capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine high-complexity testing of biological specimens.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure donor, patient, and employee confidentiality.
• Communicate with customers, vendors, and couriers to ensure quality service.
• Assist with supervisor and leadership tasks as assigned, including mentorship and training.
