Formación

• Education and coursework requirements for MLT or related degree.
• Experience expectations follow Level 1/2/3 as described in the posting.
• Certification options include ASCP, AMT, AABB, NASKL, ASCLS, HHS, ASHI, AAB, ABB, AMS, CRP, EBPH, Military or NILA.

Responsabilidades

• Performs waived and nonwaived laboratory testing promptly according to policies.
• Adheres to hospital and lab safety policies including proper PPE use.
• Participates in quality activities, audits, and performance improvement.
• Maintains records in the OUH lab informatics system with patient data.
• Operates, calibrates, and maintains instruments within training scope.
