Required are a CLSL-CA license and a Bachelor's degree, plus at least two years of relevant experience. Work is in a full-time day shift with 40 hours per week.

• Demonstrated knowledge of laboratory operations and quality assurance.
• Ability to interact compassionately with patients from diverse backgrounds.

Aufgaben

• Execute pre-analytic, analytic and post-analytic procedures on biological specimens.
• Perform phlebotomy and specimen processing.
• Maintain quality control and quality assurance programs.
• Handle waived, moderate or high complexity testing per CLIA guidelines.
• If in Transfusion Service, manage blood inventory and issue blood products for transfusion.
• Adhere to local/state/federal regulations to ensure patient privacy and safety.
