Qualifications

• Requires licensure in California for clinical laboratory testing.

• Experience with CLIA high-complexity testing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Calibrates and maintains Clinical Laboratory instruments.
• Performs tests across Blood Bank, Hematology, Chemistry, Coagulation, Urinalysis, and Microbiology.
• Maintains quality control records and problem resolution for instruments.
• Handles specimen processing and clerical tasks as needed.
• Works under pressure to deliver STAT results; resolves transfusion-related issues.
