Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Medical Technology or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology or related field preferred.
• 7 years related experience in a medical laboratory setting.
• 1 year prior supervisory experience preferred.
• CP-BC - Clinical Pathologist-Board Certified - American Board of Pathology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily operations and supervision of technical staff in the laboratory, including performance appraisal and feedback.
• Provides training; plans, assigns and directs work; handles complaints in line with policies; assists Manager/Director with hiring/termination.
