• 1 year Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• CP-BC - Clinical Pathologist-Board Certified - American Board of Pathology preferred.

Aufgaben

• Oversees daily operations and supervision of technical staff in the laboratory, including performance appraisal and regular feedback.
• Train employees; plan, assign, and direct work; address complaints and resolve problems per policies.
• Develops and maintains laboratory guidelines and procedure manuals; ensures QC and instrument maintenance.
