Siemens Healthineers seeks a Solutions Application Specialist to lead implementations and provide training for diagnosing instrumentation and data management solutions. You will ensure customer adoption, operational readiness, and compliance during installation and validation.

Ideal candidates hold a relevant science degree, 2+ years lab experience, and strong communication skills. Travel is frequent; MS Office proficiency is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline.
• MT(ASCP), MLS(ASCP), or MT(AMT) certification preferred.
• Minimum of two years of clinical laboratory experience; field applications experience preferred.
• Experience with assay validation, method verification, and statistical analysis.
• Working knowledge of Chemistry, Immunochemistry, Hematology, and Coagulation testing.
• Strong customer-facing communication, presentation, and training skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer implementations, system validations, upgrades, and go-live activities.
• Coordinate installation activities with customers and cross-functional teams.
• Deliver Train-the-Trainer and end-user education on instrument operation and workflow optimization.
• Provide technical application support, troubleshoot issues, and participate in escalations.
• Drive implementation excellence through customer engagement and project coordination.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and communicate risks to stakeholders.
• Support assay validation activities and statistical analysis for new tests.
• Mentor other specialists and provide regional support.
• Maintain compliance with Quality System, FDA regulations, OSHA, and safety standards.
• Accurately document activities and utilize company reporting tools.
