The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of phlebotomy or laboratory experience, a solid grasp of safety procedures, and excellent attention to detail in a fast‑paced environment. On-site, full-time schedule.

Qualificações

• 1 year phlebotomy or laboratory experience is required.
• Adherence to OSHA and hospital/lab safety procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Review and verify orders for laboratory tests and document in the electronic health record.
• Prepare and process specimens, including labeling, centrifugation, and storage per protocol.
• Assist technicians and clinicians; communicate specimen requirements to providers and patients as needed.
• Monitor supplies and maintain clean, safe processing benches and instruments.
• Support training of new team members as directed.
