Job summary

TriCore Reference Laboratories is seeking a Clinical Lab Assistant to join our team in Woodward. The role involves performing multiple modalities, phlebotomy, specimen processing, and on-site support with an emphasis on accuracy and confidentiality. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Demonstrated schooling or laboratory experience to be hired at Level 1 or higher; apprenticeship possible.
• Immunization against Hepatitis B or proof of immunity is required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to work in a health care facility as per regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties in a professional and courteous manner.
• Maintain supplies and inventory for department functions.
• General phlebotomy on patients aged 10 and above.
• Assist with specimen processing, receiving and triage.
• Support department training and competency assessments.
• Handle on-call responsibilities and holiday/weekend coverage as needed.
