Job summary

TriCore Reference Laboratories is seeking a Clinical Lab Assistant - Phlebotomist at Kaseman Hospital POB. The role supports multiple modalities with on-call duties and potential for a paid apprenticeship for candidates without prior experience. Excellent attendance and basic PC skills are required.

The position is an hourly, on-site role with a schedule Monday-Friday 14:30-18:30 and additional shifts as needed. Immunization and driving eligibility are also required by location.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• ASCP PBT certification or equivalent preferred.
• Completion of a Clinical Lab Assistant or comparable program preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs duties in a professional and courteous manner.
• Maintains supplies and inventory.
• Observes students and new staff as needed.
• Demonstrates professional judgment when dealing with clients and coworkers.
• Participates in on-call coverage and holiday/evening/weekend coverage as needed.
