Job summary

TriCore is seeking a Clinical Lab Assistant to join our Wooodward/Chemistry team. The role supports multiple modalities, works independently, and offers apprenticeship options for candidates with limited experience.

This position requires a high school diploma, preferred CLS certification, immunization compliance, and the ability to work evenings and weekends. Regular attendance, accuracy, and confidentiality are essential to serve our community.

Qualifications

• H.S. diploma or equivalent.
• PBT (ASCP) or equivalent certification.
• Completion of a Clinical Lab Assistant program or comparable program.
• Eligible to work in a health care facility.
• Immunization against Hepatitis B or waiver information.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties professionally and maintain supplies.
• Handle hospital communications and on-call responsibilities.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
• Document critical communications and perform clerical duties as needed.
• Contribute to coverage for holidays, evenings, and weekends.
