• Oversee day-to-day support operations, incident management, and lifecycle maintenance for core Clinical and Provider applications.
• Partner with Clinical/Provider leadership, operations, and stakeholders to align priorities and meet client expectations.
• Collaborate with third-party vendors to manage SLAs, troubleshoot issues, and implement updates or patches.
