Job summary

Global Refuge in the United States seeks a PRS Intervention Supervisor to oversee intensive case management staff for unaccompanied children released from federal custody. This role ensures clinical oversight, high-quality services, and coordination in line with program requirements.

Qualifications include a Master’s in social work or related field, CBT certification, and independent clinical licensure, with at least three years supervising case managers and experience with diverse immigrant

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, psychology or other relevant behavioral science as a program requirement with postgraduate direct service experience.
• Certification in CBT is required; Trauma-focused CBT preferred.
• LCSW, LCPC, or equivalent independent clinical licensure is required.
• At least three years of experience supervising case managers.
• Experience with immigrant/refugee client populations and clinical supervision.

Responsibilities

• Perform ongoing supervision of intensive case management activities, ensuring compliance with Global Refuge and ORR policies.
• Submit thorough documentation in line with policies and procedures.
• Use social work best practices for assessments of child progress and services provided.
• Provide supervision and clinical consultation for case managers; guide program requirements compliance.
• Travel within assigned region as needed; occasional travel outside region.
