Job summary

HCA Healthcare, Inc. seeks a Clinical Manager for the DT&I Innovation Locations Operations hub in Hendersonville, TN. You will lead the translation of workflow observations into new clinical workflows, support DT&I clinical programs, and collaborate with care teams to drive safe, scalable solutions.

The role requires an active RN license, bachelor’s degree, and 2+ years in direct care with hospital leadership experience. Expect up to 50% travel to support multiple hubs and implementations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Master’s degree in nursing or healthcare field preferred.
• Active RN license is required.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in direct care practice is required.
• Previous hospital-based nursing leadership with minimum 2 years’ experience is required.
• Located in Hendersonville, TN with up to 50% travel.

Responsibilities

• Act as a change agent and provide communication pathways between facility and corporate.
• Plan, lead and conduct onsite workflow analyses with Process Engineering and partners.
• Analyze multiple inputs to produce a concise clinical analysis of current and ideal state.
• Collaborate with DT&I teams including Project Management, Operations, and Change Management.
• Engage with executives across Clinical Operations, Product Lifecycle, and Data/Technical leaders.
• Plan, coordinate and execute alpha and beta pilots at hub facilities and departments.
