Job summary

Right Hire Consulting LLC is seeking an experienced Clinical Manager (RN) to lead and coordinate patient care services with a focus on quality, innovation, and excellence. You will shape exceptional patient experiences through advanced clinical interventions and technology to directly enhance patient wellbeing.

In this role you will supervise clinical staff, set department goals, and drive improvements in care delivery across all age groups.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (BSN preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in a specialty area or management.
• 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role.
• Active RN License in New Mexico or compact state license.
• CPR Certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate clinical activities to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Set department goals and priorities aligned with organizational objectives.
• Oversee patient services across all age groups, ensuring a continuum of care.
• Provide direct supervision and leadership to clinical staff.
• Drive innovation in patient care and process improvements.
