Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Health Informatics, Information Technology, or a related field.
• A combination of education and related experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Master's Degree in Health Informatics preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in clinical informatics, healthcare IT, or clinical practice with exposure to informatics, preferably at the facility level.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with facility clinical teams to implement, configure, and optimize clinical information systems.
• Analyzes workflows and processes to identify opportunities for system improvements.
• Provides training, support, and guidance to clinical staff on system use and documentation standards.
• Troubleshoots and resolves facility-related issues with clinical software and vendor support.
• Monitors system performance and gathers user feedback for enhancements.
• Participates in system testing, upgrades, and feature implementations.
• Ensures privacy, security, and regulatory compliance including HIPAA.
