Job summary

Community Health Alliance (CHA) is hiring a Clinician Informaticist to bridge clinical care and technology. You will optimize EHR workflows, support documentation needs, and collaborate with IT, analytics, and leadership to translate clinical requirements into practical informatics solutions.

The role emphasizes training, change management, data integrity, and enabling clinicians to spend more time delivering patient care. Reno-based with hybrid/remote options.

Qualifications

• Active healthcare professional license (MD/DO/NP/PA/RN/PharmD or equivalent).
• Minimum of three years of clinical experience.
• Experience with EHR systems (eClinicalWorks, Epic, NextGen).
• Understanding of clinical workflows and quality reporting requirements.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison among clinical teams, IT, analytics, quality, and leadership.
• Ensure EHR functionality supports provider workflows and documentation.
• Design, test, implement, and evaluate clinical workflows and templates.
• Develop clinical dashboards, reporting tools, and informatics solutions.
• Participate in data governance, privacy, and regulatory compliance.
