Job summary

Swope Health is seeking a Clinical Informatics Analyst to bridge nursing practice and information systems. You will assess technology needs, integrate clinical workflows, and train staff on EHR tools.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in healthcare IT, RN licensure, and experience with eClinicalWorks, Tableau, and data reporting. You will lead system changes, develop clinical documentation, and support a go-live with new applications.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of healthcare experience required, preferably as a Registered Nurse.
• Master’s degree in nursing, health informatics, or equivalent preferred.
• Licensed RN in MO and/or KS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides consultative services to customers and IT teams on workflow processes and solutions.
• Ensures final resolution of issues and communicates progress to stakeholders.
• Provides onboarding EHR training for providers and staff.
• Tests and implements new applications and upgrades.
• Performs data reporting and mapping of EHR fields to analytics software.
