Swope Health Services is seeking a Clinical Informatics Analyst to optimize clinical workflows within our health system. The role focuses on aligning technology with nursing policy, practice standards, and regulatory requirements while educating frontline staff on tools and processes.

Responsibilities include supporting clinicians and IT teams, analyzing data for quality improvement, and guiding EHR implementation and go-live activities. RN licensure and healthcare IT experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of healthcare experience required.
• Registered Nurse (RN) preferred.
• Master’s degree in nursing or health informatics preferred.
• Licensed RN in MO and/or KS preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide consultative services to clinical staff and IT teams on workflow and solutions.
• Ensure problem resolution and communicate outcomes to reporters.
• Provide technical support and diagnose application issues with systems.
• Coordinate workflow changes with policy, practice standards, and change management.
• Design and develop clinical documentation aligned with workflow and regulatory standards.
• Assist in maintaining and growing the Super User Program.
