Qualifications

• Knowledge of medical terminology and common medications [required].

• Prior scribe or transcription experience [optional].
• US work authorization is required.

Responsibilities

• Documenting patient encounters in real time during visits.
• Assign CPT and ICD-10 codes and prepare after-visit summaries.
• Support clinical documentation improvement and data accuracy.
• Perform administrative tasks to assist the care team.
