Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of medical terminology and common medications (required).
• Prior clinical experience or scribe experience preferred.
• Fluency in languages spoken by communities served (required where indicated).

Responsibilities

• Document patient encounters in a structured note including history, assessment, plan and exam.
• Assign CPT and ICD-10 codes for coding accuracy.
• Prepare After Visit Summaries and support clinical documentation improvement.
• Provide administrative support to the care team and provider as needed.
