Job summary

MaineHealth is seeking a Manager - Clinical Informatics to lead a team of informatics professionals, driving optimization of clinical information systems and clinician adoption in the acute care setting.

The role requires RN licensure with BSN and five years of healthcare informatics experience; master’s degree preferred. You will oversee training, system optimization, and collaboration with care teams to improve patient care and workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State required.
• Five years of related experience in healthcare and informatics required.

Responsibilities

• Manage a staff of Clinical Informatics Professionals who provide ongoing training and optimization of clinical Information Services applications.
• Facilitate and promote the use of information technology by clinicians in the acute care setting.
• Support the mission of the hospital by delivering high-quality informatics services to clinical staff.
