Qualifications
- 5 years of clinical experience in a hospital or healthcare setting.
- 3 years of informatics experience with progressive responsibility.
- Connecticut RN License.
- Competency with Microsoft Office and statistical analysis.
Responsibilities
- Serve as liaison between clinical staff and information technology teams.
- Lead clinical informatics initiatives and manage system implementations.
- Instruct clinical staff on software usage.
- Monitor key performance indicators and outcomes.
- Create dashboards and reports for leadership.
