Job summary

The role requires a BSN, New Hampshire RN license, vendor certification for supported modules, and at least five years of clinical experience.
Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing; Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Current NH licensure as a Registered Nurse.
- Vendor certification in good standing (or proficiency) for applications/modules supported.
- If not certified/proficient, six months to achieve certification/proficiency from date of hire/transfer.
- Minimum of 5 years clinical experience.
Responsibilities
- Implements applications through analysis, design, testing, and evaluation.
- Collaborates with clinical operations to identify and prioritize needs with staff and department leaders.
- Performs workflow analysis/evaluation to facilitate process re-engineering.
- Participates in design and development on new applications as well as enhancements to existing systems.
- Develops system test plans, creates test data, and evaluates results with user departments.
- Evaluates models with design alternatives to ensure workflow requirements are met.
- Promotes technology to enhance patient care through education and quality improvement.
- Provides operational ITS systems support and troubleshooting for applications.
- Provides consultative services to users and the implementation team on workflow impact.
