• Minimum of five years of related clinical informatics experience is required.

• Own the development, governance, and implementation of enterprise clinical workflow policies.
• Translate clinical, operational, and regulatory requirements into clear EHR-enabled policies.
• Collaborate with care-setting stakeholders to ensure content accuracy and adoption.
• Partner with clinical, operational, informatics, Epic, governance, Privacy, Compliance, Legal, and Security teams.
• Assess workflow change impacts and recommend policy updates.
• Facilitate alignment to implement policies consistently across care settings.
• Provide policy expertise during workflow redesign, implementation, and adoption.
• Monitor and evaluate changes to ensure ongoing policy compliance and safety.
• Executive-level reporting on status, risks, and key decisions.
• Support enterprise change initiatives and ensure policies are embedded in Epic workflows.
