Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Manager to lead policy development for enterprise clinical workflows and standardize Epic-related processes. The role focuses on AI-enabled tools, audit support, and aligning clinical practice with enterprise standards across care settings.

You will collaborate with clinical operations, Quality & Safety, privacy, legal, and IT stakeholders to ensure safety, compliance, and measurable improvements in workflows and patient care.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of related clinical informatics, enterprise policy, Quality & Safety, patient safety, or healthcare technology assessment experience.
• Clinician is preferred, but not required.
• Bachelors degree is required or equivalent experience; Masters degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise clinical workflow policies and standards aligned with enterprise requirements.
• Translate clinical, operational, and regulatory requirements into clear EHR policies.
• Lead evaluation of AI-enabled Epic capabilities and related platforms.
• Collaborate with clinical leaders, Privacy, Compliance, Legal, and IT to ensure oversight and decision-making.
• Provide cross-functional policy guidance during workflow redesign and adoption.
