Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Manager to lead enterprise policy, workflow standardization, and AI-enabled Epic technology assessments across the health system. You will coordinate clinical operations, Quality & Safety, internal audit partners, and enterprise EHR leadership to drive policy clarity and standardized workflows.

The role emphasizes policy governance, stakeholder alignment, and end-to-end audit support in a fast-growing IT environment focused on safe, high-quality healthcare delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of related clinical informatics, enterprise policy, Quality & Safety, patient safety, or healthcare technology assessment experience.
• Clinician is preferred, but not required.
• Bachelor's degree is required or equivalent experience; Master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise clinical workflow policies across care settings.
• Standardize workflows aligning with safety and regulatory obligations.
• Lead AI & Epic technology assessments, including ambient documentation tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the enterprise for cross-functional decisions.
