Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Manager to lead enterprise clinical policy development and workflow standardization within an AI-enabled Epic environment. You will coordinate clinical operations, Quality & Safety, Privacy, and IT partners to translate requirements into actionable policies that guide care settings.

Qualifications

Minimum of five years of related clinical informatics, enterprise policy, Quality & Safety, or healthcare technology assessment experience.
Clinician is preferred, but not required.
Bachelor's degree is required or equivalent experience; Master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Own the development, maintenance, governance, and implementation of enterprise clinical workflow policies.
Collaborate with Epic stakeholders to align policies with approved workflows and safety requirements.
Lead enterprise-wide AI and Epic technology assessments, including ambient documentation tools.
Provide executive reporting and drive cross-functional alignment on policy and technology decisions.
Support change management by embedding policies within Epic workflows and gathering stakeholder feedback.
