Zusammenfassung

CVS Health is seeking a Manager to lead enterprise clinical EHR policy development and AI technology assessment. You will coordinate with clinical operations, Quality & Safety, Epic teams, and enterprise EHR leadership to ensure policy clarity and workflow standardization across care settings.

In this full-time role, you will translate requirements into actionable policies, monitor impact, drive adoption, and report to leadership.

Qualifikationen

Minimum five years in clinical informatics, enterprise policy, Quality & Safety, patient safety, or healthcare technology assessment.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.

Aufgaben

Own enterprise clinical workflow policies and standards for EHR configurations across care settings.
Translate requirements into clear, actionable EHR-enabled policies.
Collaborate with stakeholders during policy development to ensure accuracy and adherence.
Support workflow standardization and alignment with enterprise policies and patient safety requirements.
Assess impact of workflow changes on policies and advocate updates as needed.
Provide policy expertise during workflow redesign and adoption to ensure alignment with Epic functionality.
