Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Manager of Clinical Informatics to lead enterprise policy development and workflow standardization across care settings. You will coordinate clinical operations, Quality & Safety, Epic teams, and enterprise EHR leadership to drive policy clarity and audit readiness.

You will also guide enterprise AI and Epic technology assessments, including evaluation frameworks for patient safety, value, and adoption, while collaborating with cross-functional partners to align policy

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of related clinical informatics, enterprise policy, Quality & Safety, patient safety, or healthcare technology assessment experience is required.
• Clinician is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Own the development, maintenance, governance, and implementation of enterprise clinical workflow policies and standards across care settings.
• Translate clinical, operational, and regulatory requirements into clear, actionable policy guidance for EHR-enabled workflows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across care settings to ensure content is accurate, applicable, and adherable.
• Partner with clinical, operational, informatics, and Epic stakeholders to support workflow standardization and reflect approved workflows.
• Lead enterprise-wide evaluation of AI-enabled Epic capabilities and related technology platforms, including ambient documentation tools.
• Define evaluation frameworks addressing patient impact, safety, quality, provider experience, privacy, and regulatory alignment.
• Evaluate business value, ROI, productivity, and measurable outcomes; establish monitoring and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align policy, audit findings, patient safety, and technology assessments.
